General Description:

Moheli Scopes Owl is an endemic species (native and restricted to a certain place) to the island of Mohéli, Comoro Islands. This delightful looking owl has two tone transforms the rufous transform has rosy earthy colored plumage. Moheli Scopes Owl have yellow-green eyes, dim legs and dark mouths. Their length is roughly 22 cm.

Habitat:

Moheli Scopes Owl is discovered distinctly in the heap of Mohéli Island. This owl is stringently nighttime and gets dynamic solely after dusk.

Diet:

Their diet is mainly made up of insects. 

Conservation status:

This species is critically endangered due to it being limited to like little space of Mohéli Island. The species was only described in 1998 and their assessed populace is 400. As of now, the montane backwoods where the Moheli scops owl living isn't ensured.
